Slow Food Melbourne works locally with Victorian producers to spread the Slow Food philosophy and give Melbourne access to some of the best produce the state has to offer through the monthly Slow Food Farmer’s Market, held at the Abbotsford Covent.
We are part of a global network of Slow Food members. Founded in 1986 in Bra, Italy, Slow Food is a not-for-profit organisation established to counteract our modern fast food and fast life culture.
