We are a family run artisan pasta business. We make everything by hand using traditional techniques and our Italian family’s recipes. This is how my family has been making pasta, lasagnes and pizzas for years. It’s a dying art that we want to preserve.

We also grow as many of our veggies as we can at our farm in Thorpdale (Gippsland). We like to support other Gippy farmers and use a lot of the seasonal produce from there to influence our range. We also like to support other farmers/stallholders from the markets we attend ie we use Jones Spuds for our gnocchi, we add Holy goat cheese to the gnocchi etc
Farmers’ markets mean the WORLD to us! We love them as they give us a chance to get to know our customer and get first hand feedback about our products. It also helps us to keep up with new food businesses and meet new suppliers.
